Cunningham Clamp

The Cunningham Clamp is an incontinence product. It is designed to be placed across the shaft of the penis to stop urinary leakage and incontinence. This is a great alternative to wearing adult diapers or compression pouches. The clamp is made of high-quality stainless steel that has two foam pads and a secure locking device. It works by putting pressure on the underside of the penis so the urethra is closed. It is important to not put too much pressure on the penis or close the clamp too tightly because it can cause discomfort and close off blood circulation.

Finding the Right Size Clamp

The Cunningham Incontinence Clamp is available in 3 sizes: large, regular, or juvenile. To find the size that is right for you, you will need to measure around the shaft of your penis while compressing it slightly.

To do this, gently compress the middle of your shaft with your thumb and forefinger. Apply enough pressure as if stopping the flow of urine. Then, measure around your shaft using a tape measure.

If your shaft is 3 inches, you will need the large clamp.

If your shaft is 2 inches, you will need the regular clamp.

If your shaft is 1 1/2 inches, you will need the juvenile clamp.
