The Sup-R Band Latex-Free Exercise Band can be used for a variety of activities: rehabilitation, fitness, physical therapy, athletic training, stretching, muscle toning, improving balance, and conditioning all major muscle groups. Its portability allows simple upper- and lower-body exercises to be done almost anywhere. Use it with or without handles or anchors. The band is latex-free but perfectly mimics the stretch of latex bands. This is a 50-yard roll and comes ready to use in a dispenser box. Simply unroll the band to the desired length and then cut with scissors.
For a more intensive workout, try pairing with a yoga mat and a set of weights.
What Levels of Resistance Are Available?
